Refunds & Subscription Cancellation Policy
At RightRental Concierge, we strive to deliver premium relocation and rental matching services with professionalism and transparency. Please review our updated policy below:
Subscription Service – Monthly Rental Listing Plan
Our subscription-based service (e.g. the $9.99 monthly listing plan) can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us.
Please note: Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the current billing cycle ends. You will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.

One-Time Premium Services (Essential / Concierge / Executive Relocation)
Each one-time package includes a partial refund guarantee, based on the level of service delivered:
• Essential Package 25% refund if we fail to deliver 5+ qualified property matches within 4 weeks
• Complete Concierge 35% refund if no successful lease is signed
• Executive Relocation 45% refund if no suitable placement is secured
These refunds apply only when expectations outlined in the package descriptions are not met. Please refer to the service agreement or contact us for clarification.
Important: No refunds will be issued once a successful lease has been signed or agreed upon.
Customised Services & Return Eligibility
As our services are fully digital, tailored, and based on time-sensitive coordination and property access, they are not eligible for physical returns. Accordingly:
Services are considered non-returnable once initiated
No physical goods are exchanged
These services cannot be marked or returned as gifts
