Hi, we’re Cecilia and David your trusted guides to finding the perfect rental and settling into Vancouver with confidence.

When Cecilia first arrived in Canada in 2010, she faced every challenge new arrivals know well: endless hours searching for the right rental, confusion over neighbourhoods and schools, and the small anxieties of starting again somewhere new. With a degree in business and years of service industry experience, Cecilia had already managed everything from rental placements to full relocations for expats and families moving across South America. But landing in Vancouver, she kept thinking: “I wish someone could just walk me through this, where to find the best schools for our son and daughter, how to set up appointments, what neighbourhoods fit our budget and lifestyle, even where to start with the paperwork.”

Today, that’s exactly what we do for you.

With over fifteen years of hands-on relocation expertise, from organizing short- and long-term rentals to assisting with moving logistics and everyday life setup, we know each detail matters.
